Eligibility for Return:

Returns are accepted for defective or damaged GPS tracking devices within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories.
Non-Returnable Items:

Customized GPS tracking devices are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged.
Return Process:

To initiate a return, contact support@yatritrack.com with details of the issue and provide a video showing the defect/damage.
Returns due to customer error (e.g., wrong product ordered) may incur a return shipping fee.
Refund Process:

Refunds are processed within 7 days after the returned product is inspected and approved.
The amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the refund is initiated.
Exchange Policy:

Exchanges are available for defective or damaged products. Replacement products will be shipped once the returned item is received.
Restocking Fee:

A restocking fee of 10% of the product price may apply for returns that are not due to a company error.

Damaged During Transit:
If a product is damaged during transit, customers must report it within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
